Purpose
The Human Resources Support Services, Employee Relations (HRSS-ER) team has created an updated Exit Interview survey with the goal of implementing a consistent and convenient tool to gather feedback from separating employees across the FAS portfolio.
- To gather measurable feedback from separating employees of FAS.
- To identify strengths and areas for growth at the portfolio, department, and unit levels.
- To assist departments in improving their overall employee experience.
- To make the survey as accessible and user-friendly as possible for all employees.
- To increase the amount of feedback and data received from exiting employees.
Process
- HRSS-ER is notified of all upcoming FAS employee separations and transfers.
- HRSS-ER sends an email to each separating employee* with a link to the survey and the option to complete the interview over the phone with an HRSS Representative. Additionally, employees may access the exit survey through the HRSS service portal or be given the link by the department during offboarding.
- HRSS-ER will provide quarterly reports to departmental leadership summarizing the data received from separating employees of their department over the previous 3 months.
