Recruit

Posting the position is one thing, but getting the position noticed by the right audience is critical. Careful sourcing and/or advertising is key. As the applicant pool begins to grow, the next challenge begins –reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and checking references. If you have not already, thoughtfully choose at least three individuals to form a selection committee to assist with these tasks and to give their unbiased recommendation for hire.
